What you will do

This walk through the South Downs National Park explores a wide range of landscapes, each as unique as the next. From meadows to wetlands. This full-day walking experience is led by a qualified local guide. Explore the tranquil meadows, river valleys, and villages. Learn about the history as you make your way through the Arun Valley. View the spire from a church as it rises towards the sky, or the long-abandoned stone towers. Admire the manor houses with their exquisitely detailed facades as the ivy crawls around the windows. Hear the rush of a waterfall as it falls onto the rocks below and trickles through the meadow. Jump across stepping stones to the other side of the river where a sheep watches you, grazing lazily. Sit down for a locally sourced picnic and a glass of English wine from the area.
