What you will do
An immersive 3 hour journey into the world of regenerative farming and permaculture, learning how to increase biodiversity above and below the ground using local materials and mimicking nature. Discover what Rebel Farmer Ed has learnt since leaving his London life in 2015, learning the lost art of growing super nutritious food year round without outside imputs, feeding his family and community as well as supplying some of the best food outlets in East Kent. From microgreens to Jumbo squash, from heritage wheat to edible flowers. We will gather and prepare a little food together in our amazing Polydiner where we share our experiences of food. You will leave inspired by the possibilities of growing your own, whatever your access to land maybe, and enjoy a seasonal treat to take away.
What's included
Refreshments will be included throughout the experience as necessary with a hyper-local . Gloves and any safety equipment if necessary. Take away a treat!
What I might need
Appropriate weather clothes, shoes, hat and suncream. Wellies only necessary on very wet days. antihistamine for those with allergies.
