What you will do
A complete introduction to stand-up paddle boarding, including equipment, safety, and technique. Your instructor will select the best possible location for the session, get you standing and coach you on the correct paddling techniques. Children will have specific boards and paddles so the little ones can get the same high standard experience our host prides it selves on. The session will also include lots of SUP skills, races and games to keep everyone entertained. Depending on everyone’s level of confidence, the session will include a short coastal journey to explore the stunning surroundings of Firestone Bay and Stonehouse Marina. Children aged 7+ but water confidence is important as the experience takes place at a coastal venue. Tandem boards for less confident children are available so they can enjoy being out on the water with a parent or adult.

What I might need
Please arrive ready to get on the water or with a swimming costume on, ready to get into your wetsuit. Wetsuits are provided at no extra cost. Don't forget to bring a towel.
