We' ve just the remedy to get you dreaming of them sunny Devon days to come....clear the space in your busy lives and join the award winning Taw Valley tribe who can't wait to meet you and share exactly what it takes to produce vibrant healthy microgreens: Appreciate the complexity of the many seed varieties, discover what the best grow mediums are, which seeds to choose to start you off, plant your own micro tray to go and where and how to ensure a vibrant mini crop every time you sow. Ensuring a totally personal relaxed experience means a max of 5 per session.

What I might need

All weather clothing, wellies or water proof walking boots. Sunscreen and sun hat if the weathers fine n dandy.

Living in beautiful North Devon and a deep love for nature & healthy living Cass dreamed of growing a range of delicious fresh leafy greens for local communities that don't cost the Earth. Using innovative sustainable farming & energy solutions she now produces high volumes of lively young shoots across all four seasons using minimal space & resources. This afforded Mother Nature the chance to restore the farm land & woodland into pristine habitats that support a rich diversity of UK wildlife.
