Gin distilling at a micro distillery

Experience Overview

Create your own gin recipe and distill your own gin, all whilst sampling gin & tonics and cocktails and taking in the countryside views.

What you will do

Touch, taste and smell locally foraged botanicals, and mull over your own favourite gin flavours. We'll talk you through a variety of natural flavourings and guide you in your selection of ingredients to create your personal recipe. Our 5 wooden distillery stations fit two people, each with its own miniature copper still. As your gin drips gently through the still, there's time to relax and share a cup of something with your fellow alchemists .

What's included

Two full size gin and tonics as well as many smaller samples of our own sprits are included. Each person or team of two will leave with a full size (70cl) bottle of their own gin.

Guests don't need to bring anything.

Cancellation policy
